Damages
Beauty by Francesca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted for products in unused condition that have been purchased within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact info@beautybyfrancesca.com .Â
Replacements or store credit will be offered if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order. To request a replacement or return, please contact info@beautybyfrancesca.com.
