Soapmaking and Spa Day Classes

Classes are held every 3rd Wednesday and Saturday of each month at our Hayward workshop: 

Wednesday Classes  - 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday Classes - 9 a.m.- 12 p.m.

In this class you will learn:

• The chemistry of soapmaking
• The difference between handmade soap and commercial soap
• The Equipment and Supplies needed to make Soap
• The safety precautions necessary when making soap
• The Ingredients needed to make soap
• The basic soap making process.

 In Addition, Learn how to:

• Line a soap mold
• Prepare soap making oils & additives
• Safely prepare a lye solution
• Select natural colorants for your soap
• Select essential oils to scent your soap
• Properly mix your soap before pouring into a mold.

 You Will Take Home:

• You will make and take home 4 bars of soap

Classes are held every second Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

Spa Day Workshop

 Learn How to Make and Take Home 6 Natural DIY Body Care Products!

In this class, you will learn how to make:

• Melt & Pour Soap
  
• Whipped Soap
• Body Scrubs
• Body Butter
• Herbal Face Mask
• Bath Salts and Bath Tea

You will take home:

• Samples of all products made in class
• List of Resources and Suppliers
• 10 starter recipes

Classes are held on Saturdays at Hayward workshop from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

For kids - ages 8-14

$75 per person
