• Insurance: Insurance is provided by the shipping carrier.
• Estimated Delivery Dates: We provide estimated delivery dates based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your item.

Order Status & Tracking

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
• Shipping Notifications: You will receive a shipping notification email when your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
• Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email.
